Google Payment Corp. (‘GPC’), a subsidiary of Google LLC, offers or facilitates various products and services (the ‘GPC Services’), described in the following sections.  The sections of these Terms which relate to specific GPC Services govern your access and use of those GPC Services to the extent you participate in the specific GPC Service discussed in that section. In the event of a conflict between the GPC Services provisions of these Terms and the Google Pay provisions of these Terms or the Google ToS, the GPC Services provisions of these Terms will prevail.
