You may be eligible for a refund from Google for purchases that you believe are fraudulent.

Use this form to report unrecognized charges that:
- You don't recognize in your Google Account or
- Start with "GOOGLE *" in your billing or bank statement, and
- Weren't made by someone you know
Filing a claim may cause the Google Account used to make this purchase to lose the ability to pay, either temporarily or permanently.
Before you continue
If you think someone you know (a family member or friend) used your payment method to make this purchase, requesting a refund may be faster than reporting an unauthorized purchase.
